ARTISTS SPOTLIGHT: JAY G WALLACE

Let's start with a little background for people who may not know you. Your name? Hailing from? Claim to Fame? Anything else you want them to know? 

My name is Joshua “Jay” Wallace. I’m from Cleveland, Ohio and my claim to fame is Illustration. I like to be referred to as a designer because I’m not a true Illustrator. I am more like a hybrid between a Graphic Designer and an Illustrator. “Designatrator”

The Evolution of Roman Reigns

Leati Joseph Anoa'i is a 6'3 - 265 pound performer who is better known under the name Roman Reigns. This 28 year old star began his training at an early age. How is that possible you're asking? Well, his dad is the famous Sika from The Wild Samoans. His older brother is better known as Rosey, who was once a regular on WWE TV alongside The Hurricane. So you've guessed right, he had a wrestling ring growing up.

Off to the Right (if you haven't noticed) we have our very own Top Ten "BEST IN THE WORLD". Now before you want to fist fight us and curse at us all over twitter let me explain. Everybody has their own top top ten and you may not agree with it and you have your personal favorites but these are our favorites so (takes Batista shades off) DEAL WITH IT! We don't just fanboy it up and choose these guys because they are sooo cooool...NO we choose these guys based on a few rules we have which are as follows... (and in no particular order)

1. Wrestler must remain active.
2. Match Ratings (How good the matches the wrestler is in)
3. Losing Title Belts can result in dropping a spot if not a few.
4. If wrestler "Quits" and is inactive for more than a month he is off the list.
5. If wrestler is injured and out for a long period of time they are off the list.
6. Popularity of wrestler comes into play. If the fans love him he has momentum.
7. Storyline (if there is one it helps)
8. Mic/Promo Skills
9. In Ring Skills

There might be a few more I can't remember at the time but yeah pretty basic. Version one had CM Punk in at #2 but alas he has been out of action and quit so he is off the list. Doesn't mean he won't return and tear shit up again but if inactive means No Rank. Roman Reigns came in at #10 last time but speaking only for myself I believe Seth Rollins has been killing it lately and has bumped into the Top 10 and knocked Reigns out right now. AJ Styles was nowhere to be found on Version 1 of this list but after moving to IGWP and defeating Okada he crashes into #2. Devitt drops down a few spots mainly because we're not sure whats going on with where he is going right now. Cesaro jumps up to #3 for becoming a crowd favorite and a new Paul Heyman Guy.

All in all you get the point so this is our list and we will edit it here and there as we see fit. Feel free to argue with us on who you believe should be on this list and off this list on Facebook and/or Twitter.

Wrestlemania is tomorrow and we have been getting a few rumors and hints of some things that could or might happen. Sightings, last minute additions to WM30, and photos that create questions about tomorrow popping up on forums and facebook pages. Lets review what has been floating around New Orleans the last 4 days.

TWIST OF FATE

Saturday March 23rd was an indie all star night at Sam's Town Live in Las Vegas. The event seemed to be focused on the "last match ever" for FSW star Alkatrazz, more on that later. There were some big names at this event. Starting with FSW star Disco Inferno interviewed and welcomed to the active roster Mr. Matt Hardy. During Hardy's interview of back handed compliments from Disco comes out Stu Stone and TNA tag team champion Robbie E ... After some witty talk back and forth Hardy doesn't not accept Stu's offer to join his alliance out of nowhere come Brian Cage pulling Reby Sky by the hair to the ring . Stu and Robbie attempt to jump Matt until Elite Champion Kenny King storms the ring with a small stick. Once the action died down the crowed chanted Tag Team Match .. And it was set for later that night. 

LETS HAVE SOME FUN

In the early 1980's pro wrestling was a different world. A world in which most of the top guys were considered superstars by the fans and very little information was known about them. These people were a complete mystery to most, if not all wrestling fans. There wasn't any internet. So that means there weren’t any spoilers to their matches. There weren’t any sites with all their personal information, past gimmicks, mug shots, exact height & weight, name of their spouses and reason why they're getting divorce. None of that existed or was easily available to the wrestling fan. Why? Well for one I think most people didn't care and second, the technology wasn't available. Now fast forward to 2014 and all of this has been available for us since the infancy of the internet. As a wrestling fan you do get curious about some wrestlers and take an interest to some of THEIR interests.

Ok, first off... 

I couldn't come up with an "order" for this list because it is very difficult to put these in order by popularity or excitement or whatever you want to place em in. At least for me it was. So here we go!

STREAK VS RETIREMENT

With WrestleMania 30 just right around the corner it brings up the yearly question, is the streak over?
The Undertaker has been on a winning streak since WrestleMania VII (1991), when he defeated Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka. The streak is now 21-0 and it's one IMPRESSIVE streak to say the least. He's defeated top guys from different era's of WWF/E including; Jake ''The Snake" Roberts, King Kong Bundy, Diesel, Kane, Batista, Edge, CM Punk, Shawn Michaels TWO times & Triple H - THREE times. Now, that's only including the ''big" names, i left out a few. Very impressive right? The Deadman has only missed 2 WrestleMania's since 1991 which also adds to the impressiveness of this streak. How many WWF/E wrestlers have that many Mania's under their belt? NONE. Taker's hot streak is one that most WWE fans cant see being broken.

AUGUST 9, 1999 I think it was around my Jr High Era I remember staying up super late durIng the Attitude era to watch RAW IS WAR. I had to watch this with very low volume because if my parents knew I was still up on a school night they would shut off my tv and I would miss it. There was no you tube or downloads so If I wanted to see a "replay" there was none, just a highlights show on Saturdays that Todd Pettengill would host and it suuuuucked.

LIVE IN VEGAS!

So after years of not attending a WWE show and in this case a WWE "house" show, I wasn't too sure what to expect. The past WWE shows I've attended in Las Vegas were televised or ppv shows, so the card was definitely packed with good matches. It had been about 6-7 years since I've attended a WWE show and while the company is the same, the players have definitely changed. Back then it was Batista, HHH, Kane, Kurt Angle & HBK to name a few. Now, we've got a whole new cast of entertainers. When I purchased the tickets we had all the current top names on the list but that soon changed. CM Punk is now out of the WWE. So for those who bought their ticket in December, like myself, that was the first change. We also had Rey Mysterio, Cody Rhodes & Goldust missing..

OSW REVIEW = PURE GOLD

How many of you have heard of the OSW review? If you raised your hands I can't see them over the net so I'm assuming they are up. For those that didn't raise your hands I can't tell either so I'll just tell you about these guys.

The upcoming apocalypse comes with terminators and total destruction, but that doesn't mean we can enjoy the few good robots right now that have blessed us with their in-ring skills and dance moves. I mean seriously CYBERDYNE IS FOR REAL!!!
