f you are in the Las Vegas area on March 23rd then I suggest that you make your way to the FSW presents TWIST OF FATE .. They are pushing the return of Matt Hardy for this event but I want to shine some light on someone who probably doesn't need it. I'm speaking of Las Vegas resident KENNY KING!
Kings first appearance in pro wrestling came on WWE Tough Enough season 2. He was one of the final 4 contestants but did not win. Kenny then began training at The Las Vegas Wrestling Academy and toured the California indie circuit ending up in UPW(ultimate pro wrestling) where he defeated The Miz (Mike Mizanin) in what was dubbed as "reality tv match". Kenny broke into TOTAL NONSTOP ACTION (TNA) in 2005 where unfortunately he was used as a jobber (someone who loses) he's contact was only for 1 year.
Kenny wasn't finished, he was heavily in Full Impact Pro (FIP) where he was a tag team champion. That lead the team to Ring Of Honor(ROH) where King would wrestle against people like Daniel Bryan. Kenny King had a great career with ROH until his contract was up in 2012.
In July 2012 King wrestled in a TNA match that ended his deal with ROH but launched a new deal with TNA. Kenny King thrived in the X division all leading to a title shot against ROB VAN DAMN. Even though King lost the tile match he did beat RVD in a non title match shortly after and has been fighting in the X division ever since.
All this being said, Kenny King is currently cutting promos from his return to TNA and is representing Las Vegas to the fullest . He is also wrestling for Future Stars of Wrestling and will be at Twist of Fate on March 23rd 2014 at Sam's Town Casino. I suggest you make it down there and catch his match cause next time you see him will be on TNA's Impact Wrestling!
