So a video surfaced on the online from the Raw pre-show last Monday (2-10-14) with some interesting soundbites from these usually lackluster commentators.It begins with the fans beginning a "CM Punk" chant. Followed by some of the most interesting/entertaining commentary from Michael Cole,"How about, go away". The latter comment is followed by a "Go away." chant of his own by Lawler. Which seems really harsh from someone who's supposed to kayfabe a soft-hearted guy...too soon? JBL is the most reserved of the trio with comments on the longevity of the chants.
What does this say bout WWE's opinion of its own fans? And more importantly, what of the Punk situation? Evidently some people are very upset about it and I'm not talking about the fans. When will the WWE address the elephant i the room (sit down Lawler)? Hopefully before these three show up in Chicago on March 3rd and have to deal with the "CM Punk" chants at that pre-show.
